2. What should I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, Kylie will conduct a thorough assessment to understand your medical history, current symptoms, and goals. She will then create a personalised treatment plan based on your needs. Kylie focuses on what you can do, not what you can't do. She will work with your trainer/coach if you have one to help you with your program.

The number of sessions varies depending on your condition, severity, and individual progress. Some patients may see improvement in just a few visits, while others may require ongoing care.

A doctors referral is not necessary. You can book directly here.

Yes, I accept most major insurance providers. I recommend checking with your provider to confirm coverage.

6. What types of techniques do you use?

Kylie uses a variety of evidence-based techniques, including:

  • Manual therapy (e.g., joint mobilization, soft tissue massage)

  • Exercise therapy and strength training

  • Electrotherapy (e.g., ultrasound, TENS)

  • Dry needling

This is individualised to the patients presentation and needs.

7. How do I schedule an appointment?

You can easily schedule an appointment online through my booking page or by calling directly at 0425701018. If you have any questions about availability, feel free to contact.

8. What should I wear to my appointments?

Kylie recommends wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy movement. For lower body treatments, shorts or workout pants are ideal. For upper body treatments, a sleeveless or short-sleeved shirt is preferable. Running assessments, bring your running shoes.

Kylie has shorts available if you forget.
